Stephanie is the President of PCS. She acts as your first contact of introduction and onboarding. Her background of 35 years in medical billing means that she understands how incomplete or incorrect credentialing impacts a practice. She is passionate about keeping practitioners focused on the important things—their patients—and not the management of their credentialing. In her spare time, Stephanie loves to go to the beach and spend time with her grandkids.

Dana Kline

Dana is a true asset to PCS and acts as the client liaison. Her calming demeanor and communication skills make it easy for the office to know what is required and how to complete it. Dana also has a medical billing background and is accomplished in navigating insurance websites and clearinghouses. This provides additional expertise to PCS as we commence with your credentialing process. Dana enjoys the beach, boats and friends.

Patty Eurich

Patty has 20+ years of experience in the medical billing field. She started in a small billing company where she learned the ropes from the ground up. In addition to providing billing services, she is proficient in software installation, client training, physician credentialing and has acted as a clearinghouse liaison for numerous clients. This allowed her to learn the nuances of medical credentialing through first-hand experience. When not working, Patty has two beautiful, spunky granddaughters that keep her on her toes!
